1. Hotel Bookings
  • Refundable vs Non-Refundable Options:

    • We offer both refundable and non-refundable hotel booking options.

  • Non-Refundable Bookings: Once confirmed, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or early check-outs.

  • Refundable Bookings: Cancellations or changes may be allowed, subject to hotel policy and applicable fees. Refund eligibility and conditions will be shared at the time of booking if a refundable option is selected.

  • Advance Payment Requirement:

    • Hotel bookings must be paid for in full and in advance. Booking confirmations or hotel vouchers will only be issued after payment.

  • Changes or Modifications:

    • Requests to modify dates or guest details are subject to hotel policies and availability. Any additional charges due to changes are the customer’s responsibility.

2. Cab Rentals (Local Trips Only)
  • We offer local cab rental services on a Post-paid basis only.

    • a) Post-paid Cab Bookings:

      • Customers are required to pay after availing the cab service.

  • As the payment is made post-service, no refund policy is applicable under any circumstances.

3. Tour Packages
  • Advance Payment Requirement:

    • All custom or pre-designed tour packages must be booked with an advance payment. The required amount may vary based on the package and total cost.

  • Non-Refundable Policy:

    • Once the payment is made, the booking is considered non-refundable. This includes cancellations due to personal reasons, changes in travel plans, or inability to provide travel documents.

  • Package Inclusions:

    • Please review all package details before confirming. Any additional costs incurred during the tour for add-ons or changes will be borne by the customer.

4. Refundable vs Non-Refundable Bookings
  • For selected services (such as hotels), we offer both refundable and non-refundable options.
